Twisted quartz fiber rope
Quartz fiber twisted string is manufactured by twisting and plying high-purity quartz glass fiber yarns, resulting in a compact structure with high tensile strength and excellent flexibility. The SiO₂ content of quartz fiber twisted string is above 99.95%, and it can maintain stable performance at a high temperature of 1050°C for extended periods, with a short-term peak temperature resistance of up to 1400°C. Thanks to its outstanding heat resistance, very low thermal shrinkage, and excellent electrical insulation properties, quartz fiber twisted string is an ideal choice for applications such as high-temperature sealing, bundling, electrical insulation, and refractory material reinforcement.
