Continuous basalt fiber multiaxial fabric is a multi-layer fabric formed by binding warp, weft and diagonal yarns together with knitted loops. It features good dimensional stability with loose fabric structure, excellent lay-up and preforming performance, suitable for manufacturing complex curved surfaces. Fibers inside form natural channels for superior resin permeability; the fabric owns favorable tensile and shear properties in all directions with full utilization of yarn strength and outstanding isotropic performance.
